Constantly updated changelog (this is a dumb idea). This is done entirely by ruszok, don't blame me for anything, I'm not touching this.

6.11.2023 (01:05) [ruszok] - realized that nginx doesn't like DOS format files -- therefore special characters did not work, but it's fixed now (/guides/ruszok/ftp-connection.html was affected by this)

19-20.11.2023 (22:30-1:00) [ruszok] - added a .css to every existing page, ruined /ftp (bad gateway), tried to make a better indexing work (this is the reason /ftp doesn't work), made everything a bit prettier, added a random list
