You don't have to install anything on your computer to be able to access the files we have there, but if you want to upload stuff, you will have to. You can find the guide on how to do that on this website. The hard drive the files are on is not enterprise grade at all, so don't expect a lot. The internet sucks too, but sadly I can't do anything about that.

If you use a variant of JMusicBot on Discord, you can copy the link to a file and make it play it.
